4 steps to joining us

Step 1
You send us your application directly on our website or by post,

we let you know that we have received your application, we study your application:

if it meets our needs and is selected, we will contact you within four weeks,
if we do not get in touch with you, we keep your application for six months in case an opportunity opens up later on, 
if nothing opens up, your initial return receipt can be considered as a negative response.
 

Step 2
You have a first set of interviews with the Human Resources Division and/or our external consultants,
this is our first chance to meet and talk.
 

Step 3
In the following interviews, you get to know your potential supervisors better. You are interviewed by:

either your future direct supervisor (N+1) and possibly your N+2,
or, if you applied for a position based in one of our twelve
Regional Divisions, by the Regional Director and possibly by the Functional Director from the business line to which you applied, or his/her representative.

 

Step 4 
You receive a letter saying that you are hired. Congratulations. We liked your profile, your dynamic attitude, and your skills,
now you are ready to sign your employment contract and start working with us.
