Our one-stop-shop, which is open to all railway companies and, more broadly, to anyone else who wants capacity, supports users at any time, both for network access and for preparing service offers that suit their own customers’ needs.
providing advice and information on the products and services offered by Réseau Ferré de France,
giving all the information necessary for accessing the national network,
handling train path requests, providing offers, and ensuring that they are taken into account during the annual timetable establishment process,
finalising contracts,
assisting clients with invoicing and payment.
Each infrastructure manager that belongs to RailNetEurope has created its own country-specific One-Stop-Shop that works with the others in the network. This way, each country has a single point of contact for anyone who wants to get information or reserve international train paths.
