Reserve a service time using the preparation calendar
In order to meet its clients’ commercial needs, Réseau Ferré de France takes account of their considerations and prepares an annual capacity reservation programme that we call "service timetables". The national railway network’s new service timetable begins each year the second Saturday in December at midnight. It is valid for a single service.
The 2010 service timetable is established according to the capacity granting calendar below.

Reservations beyond this timeframe
Any capacity that remains after the train paths are granted using the service timetable preparation calendar is called "residual capacity". It allows us to meet any requests sent in after the deadline set for the 2010 service timetable, in particular to meet one-off needs.
