property sale and leasing

A portion of our property cannot be used for rail activity. Under our development and valuation policy, we sell some of this property, most of which is land.

The majority of this property is sold to local authorities for development operations and public facilities. We also conduct calls to tender and sign partnership contracts with private operators that build housing, service, or commercial developments or public facilities.
 

We also lease part of this property:

for telecommunications activities, by providing the following to operators:

existing land or supports (tower masts, engineering works, etc.) for installing and operating "radio-electric" sites,
land or structures (raceways, tubes, wiring systems, etc.) along railways for installing and operating wiring infrastructures (fibre optic and copper cables),
bare fibre optic leasing offers for operation.

Our fibre optic and radio-electric leasing offer

for various activities related or unrelated to our rail activity: provision of land and buildings located on rail sites, such as freight sheds, business premises, offices, etc.

for distribution or service equipment: the provision of property: platforms, sites or supports where advertising displays, automatic vending machines, cash machines, etc. can be set up
